This is an old mystery - something great to post on the King's 75th
June 30, 1956: "The Kiss." Elvis had met this unidentified young woman during his stay at the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, Va. She had joined him for lunch, and later, before his show at the Mosque Theater, they snuck out for a private moment in a theater corridor, where photographer Wertheheimer found them and shot this photo. He has never discovered her identity.
Even today no-one knows who she was.
